“OWN A PIECE OF THE ROCK!”
Key West and the Florida Keys!

Following in the footsteps of President Theodore Roosevelt and John D. Rockefeller, Jr., the Conch Republic is pleased to announce the creation of the Conch Republic National Parks System.  Everyone knows that when times get tough countries create public works programs and Conch Republic is not exception.  President Franklin Roosevelt created the “New Deal” during the Great Depression.  This Conch Republic is calling our National Parks System the “Real Deal”.  We are creating real parks!  Through our Conch Republic Squire Program we are taking private land and committing it to public purpose as green space in perpetuity!  ...all while preserving habitat for the tiny Key Deer and helping people in need by donating to Habitat for Humanity of Key West and the Lower Florida Keys!  Anyone can “Own a Piece of the Rock” in Key West and the Florida Keys!  Become a land-owning Conch Republic Squire!

Purchase of this Deed directly benefits the endangered Key Deer…

Not much bigger than a dog, Key Deer are the smallest of all white-tailed deer and average between 45 and 75 pounds when full grown.  These tiny deer inhabit Big Pine Key and some of the smaller surrounding islands of the Lower Florida Keys within the Conch Republic.  They exist nowhere else in the world!  The Conch Republic National Park Service has extended a helping hand to these tiny deer with the establishment of the Conch Republic National Key Deer Refuge, in 2008.  The sole mission of this newly-formed wildlife refuge is to give voice to the plight of these tiny deer and to allow for the protection of pristine habitat to keep a place in this world for these beautiful little creatures.
